Be ready for Material Pick-up September 12
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This system works! The HBA is bringing your Parade of Homes materials closer to you. We are coming to your area with a big trailer of books and all of your banners, arrows and numbers - one day only! No paperwork to send in, no calls to make, just show up between 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the correct location!

Make arrangements to pick up the materials for your Parade entries on Sept. 12 at the starred location on the map in this e-mail. When you see the big trailer parked outside you'll know you're there!

Should you miss the date or if you have entries in multiple regions that you want to pick up all at once, all materials will be transferred to the HBA office at 600 E. 103rd Street, off of I-435 and Holmes, for pick up on Thursday, September 13.

We strongly encourage you to get your materials on September 12 at the remote locations since we'll have HBA staff and laborers ready to load the heavy boxes of books that day.

Bring a vehicle that can easily hold 2 boxes of books for each entry (30 lbs a piece). It is important that each home have a good supply of books for the consumers!
