Tour homes are scattered throughout eight counties in Greater Kansas City. There are 337 homes in Kansas, 141 in Missouri North, 146 homes in Missouri South and 14 homes in the Urban Living section in and around Downtown Kansas City in both Kansas and Missouri.

Features:

• 638 brand new homes ranging from single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and lofts across the Kansas City metropolitan area.

• Homes are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. during this two-week event and admission to all homes on the tour is free.

• Free copies of the Parade of Homes Guide are available at each home on the tour and at the Home Builders Association office located at the northwest corner of Interstate 435 and Holmes on 103rd Street.

• Look for the orange and white directional arrows leading to each participating new-home community.

• Home prices range from $99,950 to more than $1.8 million.

• This year’s Outdoor Living Tour within the Parade of Homes showcases a selection of homes with fabulous outdoor living spaces, including exceptional landscaping and patio areas.
