Location:
Tour homes are scattered throughout eight counties in Greater Kansas City. There are 326 homes in Kansas, 158 in Missouri North, 147 homes in Missouri South and 26 homes in the Urban Living section in and around Downtown Kansas City in both Kansas and Missouri.

Features:
657 brand new homes ranging from single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and lofts across the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Homes are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. during this two-week event and admission to all homes on the tour is free.

Free copies of the Spring Homes Tour Guide are available at each home on the Tour and at the Home Builders Association office located at the northwest corner of Interstate 435 and Holmes on 103rd Street.

Look for the green and white directional arrows leading to each participating new-home community.

Home prices range from low $100,000s to $2.6 million.
