For 60 years the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City has produced quality events exclusively in Kansas City, including the HOME SHOW-Fall Edition. With carpeted aisles, professional signage, a variety of exhibiting companies and a large advertising budget, our shows provide a clean, sophisticated and effective sales environment for exhibitors to display their products and services.

As a local not-for-profit association, proceeds from the HOME SHOW go back to the housing industry to enhance Kansas City with new communities and developments.

The Greater Kansas City HOME SHOW and Flower, Lawn & Garden Show is produced by the HBA in cooperation with Kansas City, Mo., Parks & Recreation.

“The NARI Neighborhood – A Remodeling Showcase”
After a two successful years at the HOME SHOW and Flower, Lawn & Garden Show, the Kansas City NARI Chapter will once again be presenting The NARI Neighborhood – A Remodeling Showcase. This unique area will feature a collection of NARI remodelers and expert suppliers along with educational and interactive stage presentations to create a destination showplace within the show. Kansas City NARI members receive a 10% discount on exhibit space. Take the opportunity today to sign up and help support your local NARI chapter!

2008 Exhibit Space Rates

>>	Standard exhibit space is 100 square feet (10’x10’)
>>	Standard exhibit space is $9.00 per square foot
>>	Booths 300 to 600 square feet receive a 10% discount
>>	Booths more than 600 square feet receive a 20% discount
>>	HBA and KC NARI members receive an additional 10% discount
>>	Add $100 for each corner booth location

What you receive as an exhibitor…

>>	- Standard booth draping for in-line booths (Show Colors are bright gold/yellow and white for the HOME SHOW; green and white for the Flower, Lawn & Garden Show and blue and white for The NARI Neighborhood)
>>	Booth identification sign (7”x44”) - in-line booths only
>>	Four exhibitor badges per 100 square feet (20 maximum)
>>	- Company listings in the official show program guide. Due to print deadlines, your application and deposit must be received by February 27 to be included.
>>	Inclusion of company’s listing on the official show Web site – www.kchomeshow.com
>>	Opportunity to purchase show program advertising space
>>	Comprehensive exhibitor kit for pre-show planning

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE 2008 HOME SHOW AND FLOWER, LAWN & GARDEN SHOW

1.	Download Show Contract (Adobe PDF)
2.	View the Floor Plan (Adobe PDF)
3.	Use the floor plan to choose your three preferred booth choices and the booth pricing chart to determine your rate.
4.	Return the signed contract with deposit to the HBA via mail or fax (if paying by credit card) to the HBA

What you will need as an exhibitor…

>>	All booths are required to have floor covering. Floor covering is of the exhibitor’s choosing and expense.
>>	Booth furnishings may be brought into the hall or rented from the show decorator George Fern Company.
>>	Electric, phone and internet service is available at cost through Capital Electric. The hall does not have wireless internet capabilities.

Move-in Schedule

>>	Move-in schedules are determined by booth size from March 24 through March 26. After you are confirmed as an exhibiting company in the show, you will receive a comprehensive exhibitor kit one month before the show that will include your move-in schedule.

Move-out Schedule

>>	Sunday, March 30 – 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
>>	Monday, March 31 – 8 a.m. to Noon. All exhibits must be out of the hall by noon on Monday, March 31.

Save $3 off General Admission!
Beginning March 7 discount tickets will be available at area Kansas City The Home Depot Stores and are redeemable for $5 off a $50 purchase 14 days following the show.
