Nadia Geller Design Consultation Contest
Rules & Regulations

1. Entrants must be a homeowner at least 18 years of age and must reside with a 30-mile radius of Bartle Hall.

2. Prize consists of a one-hour, in-home design consultation with Nadia Geller at winner’s home on Sunday, March 30, 2008 scheduled between 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

3. Entrants must be able to be available at their home on Sunday, March 30, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. for the consultation. This is the only time that the winning prize is available.

4. The winner will be notified prior to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2008 by phone. Due to the short time frame between winner announcement and consultation, if unable to get in contact with the winner within 30 minutes of initial contact, another winner will be selected.

5. If the winner is unavailable during the allotted consultation time, another winner will be selected. The prize is not transferrable nor redeemable for any cash or equivalent.

6. The winner agrees to have their name and likeness as well as photos of their room released for contest publicity and agrees to perform media interviews or have the media in their home as part of the consultation.

7. Employees of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, the Kansas City Convention Center and Time Warner Cable are not eligible to enter.

8. The winner agrees to not hold the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City or Nadia Geller responsible for the advice given by Nadia Geller or the outcome of home improvement projects completed based on that advice.

9. Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2008.

Beginning March 7 discount tickets will be available at area Kansas City The Home Depot Stores and are redeemable for $5 off a $50 purchase 14 days following the show.
