HOME SHOW-FALL EDITION
Ultimate Garage Makeover Contest Rules & Regulations

1.   No purchase necessary to enter.  Entries may be dropped off at the Ultimate Garage Makeover display at the HOME SHOW-Fall Edition or at the will call desk in the show lobby by 5 pm on October 21.
2.   Contestants must be at least 21-years-old and be a homeowner.
3.   Prize package includes: Garage storage and organization cabinets and racks, tools and equipment as shown in the display garage: provided by Superior-Garage, the Home Depot and the HBA of Greater Kansas City. A junk removal package of two men and one truck load of junk removed from existing garage from 1-800-GOT-JUNK.
3.   Winner will be drawn at 6 p.m on Sunday, October 21, 2007.  Need not be present to win.  The winner will be contacted by phone.  
4.   Winners agree to be named in follow-up press releases and have their picture taken for promotional advertising.
5.   Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, Kansas City, MO Parks & Recreation, George Fern Co, Kansas City Convention Center as well as participating companies’ employees and their families are not eligible to win. 
6.   Prizes may be refused but are not redeemable for cash or other value.
7.   Arrangements will be made with the winner to install and deliver prizes within a 30-mile radius of Bartle Hall by November 16.
8.   Your mailing address may be used by giveaway participants for solicitation, however your phone numbers will remain confidential.

Special Requirements for Garage Makeover Entrants:
       Entrants agree to have organizational system installed in their garage or workshop and will provide easy access to the area for installation should they be determined the winner.
